It is inevitable that from time to time, invalid leads may come through our system for one reason or another. An invalid lead meets one of the following definitions: 1. There is invalid contact information that interferes with your ability to conduct a sale 2. The contact is in no way interested in discussing anything relating to Internet marketing or their website. Perhaps they have contacted us by accident and/or do not remember contacting us. An invalid lead is not: 1. A non-budget qualified prospect 2. A prospect who only wanted more information, is not ready to buy right now, or only has casual interest

WHAT IS YOUR PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING INVALID LEADS?

To obtain credit for an invalid lead, it must be presented within 24 business hours of delivery. Each claim for invalid lead credit must be accompanied by a brief explanation as to why the lead fits in our invalid lead replacement policy. If necessary, we will conduct our due diligence into the lead. When we determine that the lead is invalid (normally done expediently), we will credit your account with a no-hassle, no-cost replacement lead. Leads are Non-Refundable: Neither fully or partially.

ARE LEADS REFUNDABLE?

Leads are Non-Refundable. There are an incredible number of costs involved with leads, even before leads are delivered. That's why we are unable to offer refunds, partial or full, on leads purchased. This is the case even if the lead delivery has not yet commenced, or has not yet be completed. In short: All lead sales are final. Before purchasing leads, please be mindful that we do not refund leads for following reasons (Among others): -Prospect wasn't ready to buy -Prospect didn't have enough budget -Other companies called the lead (Our standard leads ARE shared with 4 different companies) -Some leads were invalid (Invalid leads are replaced free of charge, but are not refundable) -Temporary Lead Shortage -Leads were not on time -Leads were not qualified enough
